Like many others, Crystal started her wrestling career while still in high school, and it was something she wanted to continue after graduation and beyond. Crystal’s strong legs are known to pack a ‘wallop’, allowing her to trap opponents with the objective of wearing them down. She has dabbled in Shidokan and Taekwondo as a way to augment her wrestling ability, building a lethal arsenal of moves along the way. Crystal joined the LFC with the intent of winning the title, grappling her way to the very top. She proved her mettle at LFC31 by defeating former champ Shay Mazzato by unanimous decision. There is a huge upside for Crystal in the league, where the sky’s the limit for this wrestling powerhouse who carries herself with a champion’s poise.
