You may be wondering why this 48-year-old would be entering the LFC, so let me tell you why. For the past 32 years, I’ve been a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer. I’ve competed in over 5 obstacle courses just last year. I’ve done competitive gymnastics in my younger years for nearly a decade. I’ve been told, I’m “extremely powerful” for my age, thanks to the discipline of training 6x a week. I’ve been wrestling for roughly 7 months and have had many wins, with only 2 loses between both men and women. I’ve met some incredible wrestlers, whom I admire, but when I enter the ring – I’m there to win!
